I tend to get myself in situations where I relax too much these days. It is hybernation season for me. For some of you who do not know me I can't stand to be cold. If I had it my way I would live in a bathing suit and of course a summer dress and "g's" to keep the fatih. I have not done much around the house since the kids have been home. I figure why clean they just mess it up anyway. Well it has caught up. As you remember Mr. Kenmore is still on strike so my are my hands.
Last night I started ...yes on the sabbath day I did dishes. Let me back up. Hyberantion Season I tend not to cook, clean, wash, dust unless it is necessary. I wait until the boys have taken their last pee and then clean the pot. When no more spoons or bowls are available I clean them...oh and btw I bought plastic spoons and plates to make my life easier. B-man does the cooking and when he is not here it is cereal or something easy. Not sure why I get like this. Have been pondering it for a while and it is what it is. I just have to move through it and hope I come out landing on my two feet.
Although I am still in Hyberantion Season I woke up today before 9:30am to get the kids off to school( a first in 2 weeks) . I love to sleep in and now that my kids are older I can. I feel a bit more energized not too much on my plate today just more dishes, bills, wash, cleaning up a cabinet that spilled a whole bottle of extra virgin olive oil, take down Christmas decorations, mail christmas cards and packages ( hybernation season). Who cares when you get your Christmas cards I actually like to see them after the holiday.
It is a new day ...heck it is a new year
Happy 2010...stay warm for crying out loud

Hey, I was sitting here nursing, checking out your stuff. So you're a marathon runner? I've done ONE, but I want to run more. THough I'm fat. But anyways, are you training for one now?
Love it! I hate the cold too and I'm having a hard time dealing with it. just hoping I don't run out of bread!
